Position: Mid-Level Client Services Engineer

DESCRIPTION AND DUITIES:
* Assist with standardization of hardware and software standard and prepare specifications for such equipment and software.
* Offer support in finding ways to improve the current environment and service provided.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
* 2-5 years experience in PC computing hardware e.g. Dell PCs, clone PCs, IBM laptops, printers e.g. Xerox and HP.
* Experience with Windows XP, Exchange 2003, MS Office, MS Outlook
* Ability to take instruction and be a self starter.
* Ability to communicate effectively and have good inter-personal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* MCSE
* CCNA
* BES Server Blackberry
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Exchange
* Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* A good working knowledge of networking, IP protocols, and Active directory is a plus.
* Car and valid driver's license. Most of The Company's clients are in the metro area and occasionally require a site visit. You will perform most services over the internet (i.e. Remote Support).
